The SA-20 Butsudan is the next generation design of our most popular American designed SA-10 butsudans . The SA-20 possesses all the fine traits of the SA-10, but in addition incorporates fine traits of its own. For example, the doors of the SA-20 have been modified to reduce the depth of the altar. Also, "invisible hinges" were adapted onto them to keep the hinges from sight when the doors are closed, as well as to give the altar a refined look. Also, when closed, the doors are flushed with the top of the butsudan, and the two slim handles on each door to make opening easier. The top and bottom of the butsudan have also been redesigned to enhance the elegant hexagonal shape, making the SA-20 look taller and narrower. This butsudan comes with a bright fluorescent light mounted within which illuminates the interior from above.
